GlobalBodyWork's history
GlobalBodyWorks is the brainchild of Howard Mullen, an Atlanta
resident for more than 20 years. Mr. Mullen attended the university
of Miami and went on to pursue a successful career as a corporate
executive. He received his first massage nearly 25 years ago, in
hopes of relieving work-related stress. He later became so convinced
that this form of therapy provided such incredible preventative
benefits and a focus on wellness, he decided to pursue the profession
himself.
After becoming licensed as a massage therapist through the well-established
Atlanta School of Massage, Mr. Mullen opened his doors in 1991.
Since then, GlobalBodyWorks has grown from a one-man endeavor, to
a full-service business that includes 40 massage therapists to serve
both individual clients and corporate accounts.
As the CEO/President of the company, Mr. Mullen now oversees GlobalBodyWorks
and maintains a strict devotion to customer service and the highest
standards of reliability and professionalism. Personalized massage
packages that include, Chair massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy,
Sports and Neuromuscular massage are available by appointment at
the Buckhead office, or off-site.
In 1997, Allure magazine featured Mr. Mullen as one of Atlanta's
most exceptional massage therapists. He and his wife, Ginny reside
in Sandy Springs with their son, Zachary.

"As an executive in a fast-paced, volatile environment,
I value my professional and personal time tremendously. The return

massage therapy as a wellness opportunity from which any individual
or business could benefit."
